Returns Policy
Returns for shipped merchandise will be for the cost of the merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying merchandise only. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received within fourteen (14) days of receiving your item(s).
Inked Threads Creator (Print-On-Demand) items can be returned for Store Credit only. Full refunds for Inked Threads Creator (Print-On-Demand) goods will only be provided under the following circumstances:
- Damaged goods from shipping
- Misprinted Goods
- Defective Goods
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept worn or washed merchandise. Any merchandise suspected of being previously worn and/or washed will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Postage Costs
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless Inked Threads was at fault for any reason. If the fault was ours, your shipping expense will be refunded to you. Inked Threads will only reimburse standard shipping expenses. Expedited or Express services will not be reimbursed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not remove the tags until you have inspected the items, as this will void the return period.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sale items are final and are ineligible for return or exchange.
All art prints, canvases & metal posters are ineligible for return as every case is personalized just for your home, except under the following circumstances:
- Damaged goods from shipping
- Misprinted Goods
- Defective Goods
All phone cases are ineligible for return as every case is personalized just for your phone, except under the following circumstances:

All drinkware are ineligible for return due to hygiene reasons, except under the following circumstances:

Approved Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
